- Tap the visit to open the summary.
- Select ‘Send.’
- On the Email Visit Summary screen, enter the recipient's email address.
- Select ‘Send’ again.
- A confirmation message will appear, showing the date and time the summary was sent.

To see when and what was sent in a Visit Summary:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right.
- Select ‘Customers.’
- Select ‘Visits’ and choose a visit.
- Tap the visit to open the summary.
- Select ‘Send.’
- Under ‘Status,’ you will see the date, time, and email address of the latest sent summary.
- If you do not want to resend the Visit Summary, select the back arrow.
How can I add a photo to a Visit Summary?
To add a photo to a Visit Summary:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right.
- Select ‘Customers.’
- Select ‘Visits’ and choose a visit.
- Tap the visit to open the summary.
- Select ‘Add Photos.’
- Choose ‘Take Photo’ or ‘Choose From Library.'
NOTE: Deleting photos is not currently supported. Please retake the photo as many times as needed before confirming it in the Visit Summary.

- Add new notes or edit existing ones.
- Tap ‘Save’ to confirm or ‘Cancel’ to discard changes.
